I think this took about seven pounds of graphite! (Okay, that's an exaggeration, but it took lots of pencil.) I'm pleased with the results of what was a difficult project.I matted the drawing this evening and will send it to Patty tomorrow. I do hope she likes it. I understand that she may try to wait until Mother's Day to give the drawing to her mother. I HATE waiting! :)
I may not wait that long to give it to her! Bruce will be here at the end of the month and we may present it to her then. It is so BEAUTIFUL! The picture of mom's coat is realistic I can almost feel the warm fuzziness of it! What a God given talent you have Doug! Thanks again!!!!
